General Conditions of Sale
INTRODUCTION These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Conditions”) govern the distance selling of products marketed through the Seller’s website (hereinafter the “Site”). The products are also made to the customer’s specific request and may include customization elements. Sales are made exclusively to customers residing within the European Union. The contract for the sale of products concluded through the Site is governed by these Conditions as well as, where applicable, by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 December 2005 (hereinafter the “Consumer Code”) and by the provisions of the Civil Code, for anything not expressly provided for herein.

PART I – GENERAL PROVISIONS
2. Scope of Application
2.1. These Conditions apply to all sales concluded through the Site. 2.2. The customer may purchase as:
- consumer customer (hereinafter “Consumer”), pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 6 September 2005. 206 (hereinafter “Consumer Code”)
- professional customer (hereinafter “Professional”) as defined by art. 3, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Consumer Code.
2.3. The rules applicable to distance selling vary depending on the qualification declared by the customer at the time of the order. 2.4. The customer is invited to read these Conditions carefully before placing orders through the Site. By placing an order, the customer implicitly and fully accepts these Conditions which, therefore, are considered known and accepted by the customer in all its agreements and provisions, none excluded and/or excepted.
3. Product Information
3.1. The products sold are alloy wheels made to measure based on the technical specifications and customizations selected by the Customer at the time of the order. 3.2. Product information, including descriptions, technical characteristics and customization options, is available on the Site. 3.3. The Customer is responsible for verifying:
- compatibility with the intended vehicle;
- compliance with current regulations regarding approval for road use.
4. Intended Use of the Products
4.1. The products marketed through the Site are intended exclusively for use in sports competitions (e.g. rallies) on closed circuits or tracks. 4.2. The products are not approved for circulation on roads open to the public. 4.3. Use on vehicles intended for ordinary road circulation is expressly prohibited. 4.4. The Customer assumes all liability arising from use that does not comply with the intended purpose indicated above.
5. Purchase Procedure
5.1. The order placed by the customer constitutes an irrevocable contractual proposal. 5.2. The sales contract is considered concluded exclusively with the sending of the order confirmation by the Seller. 5.3 The Customer acknowledges that production of customized products begins immediately after the order confirmation is sent.
6. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, using the methods made available on the Site.
7. Production and Delivery Times
The production and delivery times communicated are to be considered indicative. Any delays due to production or logistical needs or force majeure do not constitute a breach of contract.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping takes place exclusively to countries belonging to the European Union. Shipping costs and methods are indicated before the order confirmation.
9. Intellectual Property
All contents of the Site, including text, images, trademarks and graphic materials, are the exclusive property of the Seller or their respective owners and are protected by applicable laws.
10. Processing of Personal Data
The processing of personal data occurs in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Complete information is available in the Site’s Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable Law and Amendments to the Conditions
11.1. These Conditions are governed by Italian law. 11.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time.

Can I customise the wheel? How?
Yes. It is the heart of the project.
The Turini Special Edition has 11 spokes:
- 10 bear the names of iconic drivers,
- the eleventh is dedicated to you, with the name or inscription you choose.
The customisation is engraved directly on the wheel, making each piece unrepeatable.
Is there a right of withdrawal?
No.
The Turini Special Edition is a customised product, made to the specific request of the customer.
For this reason, as stated in the general terms and conditions of sale, there is no right of withdrawal, to protect the uniqueness and craftsmanship of the project.
